We love the color of a Ruby Red Grapefruit Margarita so this is what we will be serving in honor of Cinco de Mayo tonight. Let the fiesta begin!
Makes 4 drinks
1 cup of White tequila (We used 1800)
1 cup of Ruby Red Grapefruit
3 tablespoons of Agave Nectar
2 limes juiced - place some in a flat plate for the glasses and use the rest for the margarita
Moisten the glasses with a lime wedge and the dip each of the glasses in the Himalayan Salt and twist to coat. Set aside.
For the Margarita place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until cold. Pour into cocktail glasses over ice.
Place a sprig of basil in the margarita and a lime wedge on the edge of the class.
