We love making this simple chia pudding recipe and then having it for breakfast throughout the week. Top it with whatever you like (granola, fruits, nuts, etc).
There aren't really instructions for this beyond simple recipe. Mix everything in a mason jar or bowl and refrigerate overnight! Yep that's it folks.

1/2 cup of chia seeds
2 cups of almond milk
2 tsp of vanilla extract
2 tbsp of maple syrup
granola (baked for 20 mins on 325 with honey & cinnamon)
