Skinny Girl Summer Cocktails

There's nothing like a refreshing cocktail by the pool in the summer, but keeping your beach bod intact requires dedication and hard work.   That means cutting calories where you can and avoiding unnecessary added sugars in drinks.   Luckily, there are ways to make healthier, lower calorie versions of your favorite summer drinks.   We tend to stick to a soda based drinks (then add either vodka or tequila) and add some fresh herbs and flavors using lemons, limes, and other natural ingredients.  You can use an artificial sweetener or agave if you really need a little sugar boost!

Citrus Tequila Mash
