Caribbean Flavors at S.A.L.T. Kitchen: Dinner with New Friends on Silver Nova

It’s Suzanne here from the stormy Atlantic Ocean on our way to NYC on the Nova!

I had Dinner last night at S.A.L.T kitchen with some new solo traveler friends! We laughed and laughed (and celebrated our first place finish in Name that Tune).

The menu changed yesterday from a Portuguese influence to a more Caribbean influence. It was so tasty and innovative.

I started with the spiny lobster taco, then had the meat pie with jerk spices, the spicy vegetable curry with a coconut sauce and finally smazing rum raisin ice cream.
