Dining at Sofitel Barcelona Skipper: Dinner, Breakfast & Those Croissants

One of the things I particularly appreciate when traveling alone is having a really good restaurant right in the hotel. Some nights I want to go out and explore. Other nights, after a full day in Barcelona, I am perfectly happy having dinner downstairs and heading upstairs afterward.

Dinner at the Sofitel Barcelona Skipper started with pickles and olives, followed by beautiful Iberico ham and a wonderful main course.

And then came breakfast.

This is one of those breakfast buffets where I have to walk around once before deciding where to begin.
Fresh breads, pastries, fruit, cheeses, charcuterie and hot dishes served in Le Creuset pots.

And those croissants.

For me, food is part of the travel experience, not something that happens between everything else.
The Sofitel understands that very well.
