How I Got My Groove Back (With a Little Help from AI)

For the past two years, I’ve been in travel heaven:
13 cruises. 7 land trips.
Champagne at 35,000 feet. Pasta in four languages. Caviar that came with its own mother-of-pearl spoon.

But somewhere between the buffets and the beach clubs, I stopped paying attention to how my body was actually feeling.

The sparkle dimmed.
My feet were swollen.
The weight crept up, and it didn’t want to leave.

So I decided to do something — not drastic, but intentional.

NOT A DIET. A RESET.

Let’s be clear: I didn’t “go on a diet.”
I built a plan — for me. At my age, with my body, with all the experience of someone who’s lived and traveled richly.

Yes, I looked into all the options — even weight loss drugs like Wegovy and Ozempic. But after research and reflection, I decided not to go that route.

Not out of fear.
But out of intention.
I wanted something sustainable. Something I could actually live with. Something real.

So I called in a little help — not from a personal trainer or a new supplement — but from AI.

Yes. You read that right.

MEET ALEXANDRA(MY AI RESET WINGWOMAN)

She’s technically called ChatGPT, but I named her Alexandra.
My always-there, ultra-organized co-pilot who knows:

  • My age

  • My travel history

  • My MS

  • And my lifelong love of good food

Together, we created what I now call The Glamma Reset — an anti-inflammatory, bloat-reducing, real-food plan that honors my lifestyle and doesn’t try to hack it.

I want to be clear about something else, too:

I’m not an influencer. I’m not taste-testing chocolate bars from Dubai.

I’m not sipping probiotic soda I’d never actually buy. I’m not here to push protein bars in a sponsored kitchen.

I’m an informer. I’ve done the work. And now I’m sharing what works for me.

HERE’S WHAT A RESET DAY LOOKS LIKE

WHY THIS WORKS

I’m not counting calories or macros. I’m choosing ingredients I can pronounce, that help my digestion, and that support kidney and inflammation health. Everything is real. Everything has a purpose. And nothing feels punishing.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

For the next week, I’ll be checking in on myself — how I feel, how I move, what the scale says (yes, I’m looking), and what my feet say by the end of the day.

I’ll be tracking not just the pounds, but the clarity.

This is just the beginning.
