Banana Faux Ice Cream

You can officially crush that sugar craving with something healthy!  Better yet, all you need is a blender (no ice cream machines here).   We're having this banana sunday every day of the week.  It is unbelievably delicious and we can't believe how well it turned out.  Plus there's no artificial sugar added (only maple syrup) and the pistachios add a delightful crunch!

  • 3 frozen bananas

Finally, poor the hot chocolate sauce onto each sunday and watch it magically harden.  Next sprinkle the chopped pistachios over it and enjoy!!!

We absolutely adore this low calorie ice cream and can't wait to start experimenting with flavors like banana peanut butter or nutella!  Stay tuned!
