Toast pumpkin seeds and slice the cabbage into thin ribbons.
Slice olives into quarters.
Peel the carrots into ribbons
Thinly slice the radishes
Make salad dressing.
Juice of 1 Lemon
Himalayan Salt + Pepper
Note: Play around with the ratios for desired taste but usually it’s about a 3-1 olive oil / lemon ratio with about a tbsp of dijon.
