Afternoon Tea and Whale Watching: An Ocean State of Mind aboard Explora Journeys

As we cruise towards Reykjavik we had time for a leisurely afternoon tea served in the Explora Lounge on deck 11 on the front of the ship. There is nothing better than traditional English tea. Delicate tea sandwiches, scones and clotted cream, jam and whipped cream and warm inviting tea set against a backdrop of blue sky.

We even got to witness a few whales breaching in the distance! The wonders of nature and life being on the water.

Another element of an “Ocean state of Mind” where nature and nurture meet.
