5 SUPER Healthy Lunches

These are a few of our favorite things to eat. They are some staples in our routine and they keep us healthy and fulfilled! Even when we are in a rush - we can manage these no problem. They all provide essential antioxidants and healthy vitamins to keep our skin clear and dewy! We always come back to these so we thought you might enjoy them :)

  1. Avocado Toast

  2. Kale Salad

    • Simple kale salad with grilled corn and mushrooms

    • Try it with one of our vinaigrettes (lemon dijon or maple dijon)

    • Want to know how much your body and skin loves and needs this dark leafy green? Check this out.

  3. Crunchy Protein Salad

    • Tomato, cucumber, carrots and hummus drizzled with olive oil and balsamic! Don’t forget the salt, pepper, and some FRESH BASIL!

  4. Tuna lettuce wrap

    • This one is satisfying, heathy, quick, and VERY FILLING! Not to mention budget friendly! Recipe here.

  5. Smoked salmon spread

    1. Good quality smoked salmon with tomatoes, capers and onions. One of our favorites. Literally makes itself and gets your those healthy omega’s you need to keep your skin plump!
