Glorious Green Smoothie

We want you to FEEL and LOOK your best. So drink your way to beautiful and get glowing skin from the inside out with this super healthy choice! The ingredients from Byrdie's Glorious Green Smoothie recipe are filled with antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals that will help cleanse your liver and feed your skin!  A refreshing and delicious way to start the day :)

What you need:
2 stalks of kale (leaves only)
1 cup coconut water
1 cup spinach
1/2 green apple
1/2 banana
Juice of 1/2 fresh lemon
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 handful fresh mint leaves
1 handful ice cubes


Soak the chia seeds in the coconut water until soft then add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth!
