It’s Suzanne writing to you! Today marks the beginning of a long awaited cruise on Explora I. I begin my final leg of travel to the ship where I ended my last amazing cruise. In the British Airways Concord Lounge in terminal 5 on my way to Copenhagen.

I would like to thank the entire Explora Journey team for making this a reality for me. I had cancelled the entire trip and then regretted it. They showed grace and professionalism second to none when ten days ago I emailed them and asked for the trip to be reinstated. No small task. To Carlos. Sarah and Jose I am thankful beyond words. ❤️
