From the Traveling Glamma Kitchen: Barcelona, Part 2

We shopped. Now we cook.

After our morning at Santa Caterina Market, it was back to bcnKITCHEN in El Born with everything we had gathered.

And this is the part I love.

Aprons on. Ingredients out. Everyone around the counter. Our chef teaching us not just what to do, but why we were doing it.

There is something about cooking together that changes the whole experience. You're no longer simply visiting Barcelona. For a few hours, you're participating in it.

And unlike sitting in a restaurant, when you take a cooking class, you get to bring a little piece of the experience home with you.

Of course, there was one rather important question still to be answered:

Could we actually cook?

Part 3: We sit down, pour the Cava and find out.
