June Jumpstart Smoothie

Jumpstart your day with a vitamin C packed signature JUNE smoothie. We're calling it the JUNE JUMPSTART and it's packed with energy, #FaceFood nutrients and summer flavours without too much sweetness. Now that summer is approaching we are lightening up how we are eating. We plan on taking advantage of all the wonderful fresh fruits and vegetables in our recipes. These are all the ingredients but you can substitute the Greek Yogurt with Kafir or with Tofu - they all have gut and skin friendly ingredients (high in protein and high in probiotics). This recipe makes enough for two glasses and you can get it in our story or the link in bio (on the blog). Happy 1st of JUNE!!! Ingredients

1 cup of greek Yogurt

1 3/4 cups of sliced strawberries ( or seasonal berry)

3 tbsp of pumpkin seeds

2 tbsp of chia seeds

3 tbsp of manuka honey

2 blood oranges (or regular oranges) juiced

1 lemon juiced

Instructions

Hull the strawberries and leave a few for topping. Set aside a few pumpkins seeds and pour all the ingredients into a blender and blend until completely smooth.

Pour into two glasses and sprinkle with remaining strawberries and pumpkin seeds.
